• 1. INITIAL EXCHANGE:
  This is the first contact with a representative of Sparkling Image and an opportunity to acquire basic knowledge of the program.
• 2. CONFIDENTIAL FRANCHISE APPLICATION:
  Individuals looking to learn more in depth information about Sparkling Image and to establish their potential fit with the organization, complete the enclosed application and send or fax back to our corporate office.
• 3. THE FIRST REVIEW:
  Profiles are reviewed for qualifications and compatibility. Initial discussions with qualified candidates will be set and usually take about one hour.
• 4. UFOC REVIEW:
  After completion of the first review, qualified candidates will be overnighted our UFOC. A day and time will be set to review the general terms and requirements detailed in the document.
• 5. TALK TO THE OWNERS:
  The next step after the UFOC is to talk candidly with our current franchise partners. This direct communication will greatly facilitate your investigation process. It is recommended at this point, that a franchise attorney review the UFOC.
• 6. SECOND REVIEW AND MARKET STUDY:
  During this call we will discuss additional details and questions, as well as, the critical element of determining territory size and performing a market analysis. You will need to finalize whether you are purchasing a Small, Standard or Executive territory.
• 7. DISCOVERY DAY:
  This is the time for both parties to sit down for a meet-and-greet. We will review more of our program, demo our Sparkle Pro software, discuss pre-training through startup procedures and review all of our proprietary manuals, chemicals and machines. This is a great way for all of us to determine if we have the right "fit".
• 8. AWARDING OF THE FRANCHISE:
  While this is not done during Discovery Day, once we have agreed that you are the right match for us, we will award you the right to your own Sparkling Image franchise and an exclusive territory to develop.
